1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Big Solution, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Services Description

Big Solution provides outdoor advertising services including but not limited to:

• Railway station advertising
• Hoarding and billboard advertising
• Bus advertising services
• Digital outdoor advertising
• Transit advertising solutions
• Creative design and production services
• Campaign planning and management

3. Service Agreement and Payment Terms

3.1 Service Agreement: All advertising services are subject to a written agreement between Big Solution and the client, which will specify the terms, duration, and cost of services.

3.2 Payment Terms: Unless otherwise specified, payment terms are as follows:

• 50% advance payment required to initiate campaign
• Remaining 50% due before campaign launch
• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• Late payment charges may apply for overdue amounts

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information for campaign requirements
• Ensuring all advertising content complies with applicable laws and regulations
• Obtaining necessary approvals and permissions for advertising content
• Making timely payments as per agreed terms
• Providing high-quality artwork and materials as required

5. Content Guidelines

All advertising content must comply with the following guidelines:

• Must not contain false, misleading, or deceptive information
• Must not violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Must not infringe upon third-party intellectual property rights
• Must not contain offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content
• Must comply with railway authorities and municipal guidelines

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

6.1 Cancellation by Client:

• Cancellations made 48 hours before campaign start: 90% refund of advance payment
• Cancellations made within 48 hours: 50% refund of advance payment
• No refund for cancellations after campaign has started

6.2 Cancellation by Big Solution: We reserve the right to cancel campaigns that violate our guidelines or applicable laws, with full refund of advance payment.

7. Limitation of Liability

Big Solution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising out of the use of our services.

8. Force Majeure

Big Solution shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, or government regulations.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in materials created by Big Solution remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients retain rights to their own brand materials and content.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
